  • Do you accept debit and credit card payments?
    UPDATE: 05/16/2024 at 13:45 - Cash ATM Server is down - CASH ONLY at this time Crafted 7 currently only accepts Cash and we offer a cashless ATM. All transactions are in person, no online payments are accepted. We are again accepting debit cards however all transactions are in the increments of $5.00. This means if your order is a $30, $35, $40 ... then it is just a $3 debit fee, however if your order is for example $36 upon using your card it will round up to $40 + $3 debit fee. Our driver will provide you the $4 change for the difference. If you require further explanation, feel free to reach out in chat, text or call us at 714-904-0688. We do not currently accept credit cards due to federal restrictions on cannabis banking.
  • What is last call?
    As a licensed California cannabis retailer, we are required to close our tills at 10 PM sharp. In order to ensure that your order can be delivered, our Last Call to order any products is at 8:45pm Sunday thru Thursday and 9:150pm Friday and Saturday.
  • Can someone else accept my order for me when the driver arrives?
    No, state law requires that we process and fulfill the transaction with the individual that initiated the order.
  • What kind of ID is required?
    You’ll need a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) proving that you are over 21 years old. If you are under the age of 21 but over 18 years old, you will need to provide a valid medical recommendation. We require you to submit a photo of the front and back of your ID as well as a selfie with your ID next to your face,
  • Why do we need your government issued ID?
    Scanning/Requesting a photo of your ID is strictly for the California state METRC (track and trace system also known as seed to sale). This is to verify age and track patient/customer California daily recreational and medical purchase limits. Scanning/Requesting the photo of your IDs ensures that we are complying with state and local laws.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    We are making this easy. Crafted 7 prices have no hidden costs and no extra fees! AND taxes are included in the price! What you see on our website is what you pay! There is no delivery fee. We have a required minimum order amount of $30 for free delivery for our local service areas. You can order from our site, via phone or text and we’ll bring it right to you. Delivery is cash or debit card only at this time.
  • I am from out of the country, can I still get a delivery?
    Yes, you can still place an order for delivery. We accept any U.S. or state government-issued photo ID, as long as you are of age and it is not expired. Customers from foreign countries must use their passport for identification.
  • Is there a delivery minimum?
    We have a required minimum order amount of $30 to $35 for our service areas. Due to the current rising gas prices, we have had to raise our minimum for extended areas depending on distance. We do apologize any inconvenience this may cause you.
  • How long do deliveries generally take?
    Delivery times vary depending upon your location and road conditions. Typically, you can expect deliveries to take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes in most circumstances. In rare situations (heavy traffic, distance from our focused area of Anaheim Resort area and time of day) may result in deliveries taking up to 75 minutes. When ordering please be aware we may be able to deliver to you in under 30 minutes.

  • What is your return policy?
    Any defective vape products can be exchanged next business day by delivery within 36 hours from purchase. Please send an email to with your full name as it appears on your ID card, your birth date, photo of original packaging along with product and an explanation of the issue. Management will address your issue within 12 hours from receipt of your email. All other products sales are final.
  • Are you a dispensary? Do you have a store I can visit?
    No, we are a delivery service only.
  • I'm from out of town. Can you deliver to my hotel?
    Yes, but we will ask you to meet our driver in front of the lobby upon arrival.
